“If you request time off you are made to feel guilty for taking it and they will reach out to you during your time off for help because nothing is automated”

“Terrible coverage, huge deductibles, no HR team to help navigate any issues or communications with the insurance company.”
Over time the benefits package here has gotten better and I'm quite happy with them now. Overall, a great place to work.
A great concept but I think Seacret's prices are over the top. There needs to be more benefits for Agents because I didn't know you have to pay around $13 shipping every time you place an order/need to replenish your inventory. Even if you spend a lot it is a calculated cost. Incentives for customers like the 'refer a friend' link, where the referer receives product credit when the friend makes a qualifying purchase, is no longer an active option in their loyalty program. Sharing Seacret at the price point it's at is one thing but it's not as accessible as it could be in my opinion. More coupons could be offered, more sales and promotions throughout the year, and a more rewarding point system. And lastly.... most the products have 'made in Israel', but it's actually spelled 'Palestine'
The benefits are a joke and most people have to pay almost 1/2 their paycheck just for basic health coverage. There is a 401 (k) but they don't offer even a 1 % match so it's basically a savings account. Everything here is done as cheap as possible so that the owners can buy big houses and drive nice cars while employees struggle to make ends meet and put gas in their cars
The best you can hope for is a direct manager who allows some flexible scheduling. Company benefits are horrible, you're better off with Obamacare health insurance. Paid holidays are the bare minimum and you are often required to work those without compensating time off. Zero retirement benefits. Bare minimum in employee discount, not enough to even try anything but the lowest level products. Minimal employee morale gestures. Employee attempts to gather donations for various charities were forbidden.
Very poor health insurance. You will get only the bare minimum of days off. No retirement
Vacation pay is standard, 2 weeks, then 3 weeks after 5 years. Standard health, dental, and vision. No 401K or FSA.
This company is a bait and switch in every respect. They take money and time and return empty promises and hype.
Before 2016, they offered a health plan that did not qualify for minimum essential coverage. When that insurance provider went under, they went with a mainstream. The plan (note that this is not plural) was abysmal at best. Paying for Obamacare is more cost effective.
