good benefits and 401k match
It was great! Plus paid gym memberships and generous 401K
The corporate 401k matching was higher than most companies our there, and benefits in general set a high bar compared to others.
Decent, but nothing special for this area. - Healthcare is 100% covered for yourself, with premiums for any dependents added on - 401k has 100% matching up to 6% of your salary with a 5-year vesting schedule - Hours are NOT flexible. You come in for your 8 hours during the time you've agreed upon with your manager or you take PTO. - 15 days PTO, but it's used for vacation, sick days, family emergencies, flat tires, graduations, etc. - 11.5 paid holidays (.5 is for Good Friday), though you also get the 4 days between Christmas and New Year's Day as a bonus from the CEO each year (not guaranteed but hasn't not happened yet) - Not work from home friendly at all. Very hard to get VPN, hard to get approval, even for temporary situations. - Small reimbursements toward a gym membership each month - Decent annual amount of tuition/development funding available to each employee on a reimbursement basis - Lots of company-sponsored events for end of fiscal year, Christmas, industry parties, as well as catered lunches on Fridays every other week - Bagels, bread, cream cheese, peanut butter, various snack foods and candy, soda, tea, coffee all available for free
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
