SEI has an awesome benefits package. PTO, Health Insurance, Extended unpaid leave, Bonusly opportunities and regular company BBQ's and lunches.
There is nothing bad at all about the benefits package at SEI!
company investment in 401k would be nice but the PTO balance is great
I was a part time employee, so the only thing offered to me was a retirement plan, which the company did not match, and some paid time off.
very good benefits nice place to work
Best thing was it was great for a starting position, full benefits kicked in and the health insurance was decent. Worst part is that you really cant chose, you cant make any choses, and they aren't very clear on any other benefits besides health care and 401k. There are no matching programs, no wellness programs, and the PTO structure/leave structure is probably the worse I have ever experienced.
The benefit I appreciate the most is the generous PTO that you start accruing after 2 month of employment. Sick time and vacation time are combined into a Paid Time Off bank to use as you see fit. You start accruing at 2.5 weeks/year for the first year + 6 paid holidays. It goes up years 1-4, 5-9 and 10+. Additionally they provide health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability with buy-up options, all at minimal cost to the employee. With rising costs of health care, this is a very good plan. Non-matching 401k and 401k Roth through Fidelity.
Standard benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, etc. No 401k matching by the company.
vacation time was good after being there for a while, decent enough insurance
401K matching was really good to have.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
