The benefits package is extremely comprehensive and includes dental, vision and mental health services. Additionally they have employee resources, some free, some not and they do really well covering maternity leave.

Health insurance is amazing. Full family coverage, no premium, $200-400 deductible, $10 copays. 15 sick days, 14-25 vacation days. ORCA pass. $60 gym reimbursement. $150 cell phone allowance. Pension vested after 3 years.
