The best thing is comprehensive healthcare plan and 401k
Great Health, and Dental insurance. Fully employer paid premiums for the employee and the first dependent (including domestic partner).
If you live in northern Illinois (except McHenry county), the insurance was downgraded a few years ago from PPO to a lousy HMO! You have to drive far (40+ miles) to a neighborhood that isn’t very safe just to see a doctor! IT STINKS! But, at least you are AHA compliant... BARELY!
Cadillac benefit plan covering everything from medical & pharmacy benefits to a traditional pension plan. You cannot find a better benefit package out there. WORST - no retiree health benefits! (what kind of a Union is this?)
SEIU has the top notch benefits. Employee don't pay a dime for health insurance. If you go to in network doctors, there is no co-pay. They have best 401k.
Benefits are completely paid for by the company and are top notch. Whenever I went to a doctor the receptionist would always ask where I worked because of how good the benefits were.
Great benefits--PTO, sick pay, 401k, pension, health insurance, etc.
There was nothing bad about SEIU' benefit package, the only bad part was that, not everybody had this benefit package.
Benefits were great. They offered scholarships for your dependents. Health and dental were great.
Blue Cross HMO fully paid. Pension. Disability. Ton of comp time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
