I've found the FSA to be very beneficial when having expected but necessary procedures in the past.
The benefits are very basic. Health HSA FSA, dentist, vision, 401k with 4% match. Perdiem if you travel for work.
Standard benefits but premiums are very high, PTO is accrued, 401K match
the 401k plan was great PTO to start is 10 vacation days, 4 floating Holidays and 7 sick days.
Health insurance is expensive, deductible is high. 401k is fair. No pension. No perks.
Pretty solid benefits, but pretty much guaranteed increases in premiums every year. PTO plan is average at best.
