Health insurance and 401k was decent, 401k was in effect after a year with the company. Vacation you get one week. No sick time. Holliday pay was only major holidays.
Cellphone paid for which is nice Benefits package is lacking for a company this large. HSA deductions from payroll show up with no consistency. Essentially, your money is being held hostage between the time it's deducted and the time it actually shows up on your HSA card. It was over a month before the first 2 deductions of the year showed up on the card. This is a result of poor communication/action within SGS HR in North America.
This is a good starter plant job to enter the chemical plant industry.
