Matching 401k to 3% is good. Health insurance is fair thru United Health Care but changing to BCBS 1/2017. Hopefully an improvement
On the low side. Health copays very high.
The worst experience with their benefits package was the fact that we did not have an HR person on site. Our HR rep for benefits was in another state and was difficult to reach consistently. As a result, many deadlines for some benefits would pass without the employee's knowledge.
North America offers typical paid holidays. Life insurance is 1.5x salary free plus lots of additional for a fair cost. Dental is very affordable with good coverage. Typical vision insurance. Spouses with available health I surname can no longer be covered. New in 2017 identity, legal and pet insurance.
Use of Domestic Partnership and seamless work with 401k. HR always cooperated when needed.
The health insurance plan was just straight up aweful
poor pay and poor benefits. Despite a large employee pool the health insurance is the kind of insurance you hope you or your family don't get sick on. The worst.
The offer standard benefits but since we are CA and they have corporate offices in other states, they did not offer Kaiser. hey offer nothing outside of standard.
Very basic PTO/sick days, benefits for full time employees, decent health care.
Best thing....SGS has a Solid 401k plan. They also have a good company match. Decent healthcare coverage. Good pto plan too!
