Expensive Health/Medical Benefits. Bonus based on the performance of the whole office and not the performance of each individual employee. If one person does not meet or exceed the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) then it reflects badly on everyone in the department, so no one will receive a bonus. This is not a fair incentive program.
The company offered an employee match 401k retirement plan plus more. The medical plan was with Cigna which was very reasonable.
Benefit were very good. And pay was also good. But you made the 3times less than people who were doing the same task you were doing.

Overall, benefits from SGS is not too bad, but as it is a worldwide big company it could have provide much better benefits.
Not the world's best package at all. SGS is a huge company with diversified operations from food to automobile throughout the world.
