health insurance (didn't use because on parents) 401k - they match 5% (has training on it too)
Decent package if you are the only one taking advantage of the benefits. However, not the best if you plan on adding a family member/spouse.
Decent health benefits. Wellness plan rewards good health. 401k match at a max of 2k per year, 5year vest. Most employees get PTO, but sales reps get "Unlimited" - and verbally told same max as everyone else's PTO. Meaning, reps get zero accrual, zero rollover and zero payout.
Parental leave benefits are non-existent which doesn’t exactly align with the company’s claim to be family friendly.
Wish I could give this is zero stars. The benefits package is nothing short of embarrassing. 401K takes 5 years to fully vest, and they barely match anything each year. The CEO continues to grow as a billionaire but that incredible success does not get shared downward and outward throughout the company. SHI is the top female-minority owned company in North America, yet after continually imploring the CEO to re-review of the maternity leave policy, it was always just kept at the bare bare minimum.
You are constantly fed and the health insurance is pretty great/cheap.
Tons of partner discounts (ATT, T-Mobile, Gym memberships, etc), Full Health/Dental/Vision, and matching 401k
Everything should be covered by this plan - Dental, Eye care, etc. I never had to pay a dime out of pocket when I needed to visit a specialist.
Maternity leave is the minimum
Compensation is low for the industry.
