lots of perks. good benefits. good 401 k plan
401k match 50% up to $2000. 16 days pto for sick, vacation, etc. 21 days after 5 years. Medical about $50 or $60 per month for single.
Structure Training Programs, PTO Days, Lunch & Learns, Company Events.
I didn't have much to compare my benefits package to when I started SHI, but all in all everything seemed great. They match up to $5,000 for 401Ks, and this was a great start to my retirement fund.
Easy to find a provider. The benefits team for SHI International is communicative and very helpful.
best: you get dental, vision, etc for great prices worst: you get little to no help whatsoever from HR in setting these things up, and the group that does you 401K will spam your email and mailbox indefinitely. No paternity leave, very small maternity leave (if you get pregnant while in sales role you might as well quit).
Great health insurance and decent time off. Should allow a more flexible wfh balance.
Great benefits. However they need to allow a more flexible schedule, like unlimited PTO and working from home. It's 2016 at a tech company with a purely Millenial workforce in Austin, Texas. If you don't offer this to us, I can go anywhere else and get that.
There are health insurance, prescription coverage, vision coverage, dental insurance, life insurance and disability, 401K fidelity investments, on-site health clinic at HQ in NJ, fitness center on-site at HR in NJ & Austin.
Best thing was the optional health and dental insurance plans they offer. Perks of the job include a ton of free chachskis from vendors and company contests, fun culture, matched 401k after 5 year tenure, 16 days PTO. Worst thing is the low base salary.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
