Standard I think. You get 18 paid time off days I believe... holidays you need to submit for PTO early because everyone wants to take off and they need to have some people in the office per team. holidays can be slow for business at times, but also busy and lucrative if it's a company's end of budget time and they need to blow some cash on new technology before the next fiscal year.
You have PTO days that equates to two weeks but the caveat is that it counts for everything such as vacation, sick days, etc....
New hires start with 16 days off for the year. After five years, you get five more days. You can also carry over five unused days at the end of the year.
Very comparable time off and overall flexible.
The amount of days for PTO is only 2 weeks and sick days are not separate from it.
16 days a year. Jury duty is lumped into that for some reason.
I work from home as a corporate account executive. I have never had to really ask for time off unless it was going to be for an extended period of time that I could not be by my phone/email. Even then it was not a problem. SHI gets an A+++ for vacation and PTO.
Decent amount of days, but you don't get any sick days. Discourages being healthy at work
You get 16 days to earn for Vacation, or PTO
Depends on your manager if they are laid back about this or not
