Employees are eligible to contribute to the 401K plan the 1st of the month following 90 days of full time employment. We strive to offer the most affordable coverage to our employees.

I didn’t like the high deductable, I did like the reimbursement
All of the benefits were great! You get health, dental, vision, FSA, HRA, and 401k. The most common complain was for more sick days and a more competitive vacation scale policy. I personally would have liked the ability to work from home. They have a VPN and you were expected to work from home when the office was closed due to weather, but were not supposed to for any other reason.
