Vacation and sick leave should be more lenient.
Pay is somewhat below scale, and no bonus structure in place at all. Some local mangers are incredibly nearsighted and vindictive, worried more about covering their keister vs. doing right by the staff, often throwing them under the metaphorical bus.

The only benefits I believe were retailer discounts but nothing concrete further. The casual relaxed working atmosphere was nice but I felt like I completely wasted my time and resources going to work and not making much really whenI could be working elsewhere for at least a guaranteed $1 p/hr over NOTHING, not even a dime. But oh yea you get something for commissions based on your sales that week.
