Lots of benefits available, including paid time off, medical and dental, and flexible work schedules that are perfect to maintain work/life balance.
The best thing about the benefits at SMGI is that I am able to pick out my insurance plan with any provider and SMGI reimburses me and my family for our health insurance.
The company offers a high medical which allows you to choose.from a various of heath plans. I currently have the gold package which is one of the highs packages.
SMGI provides monthly tax free money to use towards a medical package of my choice. I have the freedom to choose the medical package, what my budget is monthly and use their payment to subsidize the premium which pays for about 80% of my cost. Currently I only pay $75 a month out of pocket for medical for a Silver level package.

Their was no benefits package offered to employees . This was a negative about the job. although i hear this has changed
The best thing is that you can pick your own health plan. There are approximately 50 choices!

There is no benefits package. It's all commission, and if you work here you'll be living a half lie and be stuck recruiting others to do the same
