Tuition Benefits are definitely a plus!
Office closed between Christmas and New Years.

excellent benefits, health insurance, retirement plan. 2 weeks vacation up to 5 years then increases to 3
Great 401K Match, Good Healthcare, Access to fitness center, etc. Cons are a outdated view on remote work and flexible schedules. Also limited/no paternity leave.
Great benefits overall. Health insurance is worth the value.
