Tuition benefit was so helpful! However, I do wish the benefit was not just capped off at 18 credits per academic year!

Great 401K Match, Good Healthcare, Access to fitness center, etc. Cons are a outdated view on remote work and flexible schedules. Also limited/no paternity leave.
