    Most of staff will have paid time off mostly in summer and winter vacations.

    new emplyees get total of about 22 days with 2 weeks of PTO and 12 sick days. PTO increases to 3 weeks after 5 years

    Average sick time and paid time off. I know someone in Student Affairs who was fired after they were diagnosed with a life-long illness that affects their ability to come in to work. So, don't go beyond the standard sick time off or many issues will begin to arise.
