    It took a law to pass this year to receive the minimum paid sick leave. There is no paid vacation time, retirement plan or career stability

    Standard 401K package with matching. Health benefits include the option for an HSA with Company contribution or standard plans. Ability to earn deductions by doing "health challenges" throughout the year (not difficult). Very easy to add / remove individuals when life changes (birth, marriage) occur. Accommodating and helpful customer service team for the benefits portal. Maternity / Paternity leave is through FMLA.

    Healthcare was great if you were single. Family healthcare seemed to cost too much to justify the out of pocket expenses. Vacation was unbeatable.
