Need coverage in a hurry? No problem, our employee benefits become effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire, with open enrollment at the end of every year!
Benefits are okay. Health benefits are good and flexibility with vacation and comp time is good as well. 401K is not good but one should never not have it.
The 401K is ridiculous. $500/year which doesn't even cover the yearly fees the investment company charges. Staff is looking to leave because of this.
