If elected, benefits will become effective on the 1st day of the month following your date of hire. SPARGO, Inc. conducts an annual open enrollment period in November, allowing employees
to enroll or make medical and/or dental benefit election changes, with an effective date of December 1.
Benefits are okay. Health benefits are good and flexibility with vacation and comp time is good as well. 401K is not good but one should never not have it.

401k match is insultingly low- why even match at that point? Time off and comp time are very generous though.
