Benefits package is the best around. Medical, Dental & Vision coverage is amazing. They contribute $2,350 to your HSA account each year and have an HRA program for $2,100 per year. Low premiums and great coverage. They pay for life insurance and you can purchase extra very cheaply for yourself and for your family. Retirement benefits are great. They contribute 5% automatically and have generous matching so if you contribute 10% on your own, they will contribute another 5% so they are giving 10% total. Short term and long term disability paid by the company. Paid time off starts at 31 days per year and you can accumulate and carry it over but you can also cash some out in your paycheck or to retirement or your HSA account. Fringe benefits are many and pretty awesome too. Discounts, gift cards, they really do a lot for employees.
I worked as an intern and was surprised by how well I was treated! Great pay for the area, get all the fringe benefits of regular employees, awesome staff to work with. No PTO or healthcare or any of that for interns, but you get a thank-you present around Thanksgiving, get to take advantage of the various employee discounts (including bus, Costco membership, Staples business discount, CSA, etc).
Great health and retirement plans. No sick leave, everything is compiled into PTO.
