At the time, the benefits package was complete but not necessarily above other competitive employers in the area.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan is great, Insurance and 401K are competitive. PTO is accrued over time.
Healthcare can get expensive for family benefits, work from home policy unclear
Health Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN
The is really nothing to write home about here. Pretty standard run stuff. Employee stock purchace plan is great though, given the fact the the company's stock had been climbing steadily for a while.
Expensive insurance package for what your receive. If you have a family take that into account when you are negotiating your salary.
Good overall happy overall with it.
Good: PTO plans and Holidays, Employee stock purchase plan, SPS sponsored sports teams, Matching gift/volunteer 501c3 donations. Could be better: Healthcare plans for families, Maternity/Paternity leave
Having a Metropass offered is great.
Compared to other companies of comparable size, SPS does not offer a highly competitive benefits package. There is much room to be improved.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
