Cost has tripled for employees
Covered pretty much anything my family needed--really just the best.
No problems at all witht he health care insurance. Just submitted the forms and all was well. Of course, it helps if you don't really need any hospital or are not having babies.
It started out pretty good with little copays. That slowly changed in my last year, which somewhat annoyed me.
The private health exchange has terrible options, the coverage is poor, very few drugs were covered. Vision and dental were ok, as long as you didn't need glasses or any dental work beyond a cleaning.
We have pretty cheap options that put most of the cost on the employee.
I hate all of the plans, and I hear they will get worse.
There were Okay options that were not cheap. Money was deducted each paycheck for the insurance plan.
Health insurance at SRA is better than most; however, it is more expensive.
Big deductible plan is difficult on family cash flow.
