Great benefits and great people.
The best thing was a very liberal policy of keeping your days earned leave and let it accumulate. They changed that immediately. Holiday schedule is nice. 401K match is standard.
Policy is unclear when Government is closed, but you have to work anyways.
Benefits were modified to match current industry trends
Healthcare was excellent, there were excellent benefits for training. The drawback was senior leadership oversight of them
When I first started with SRA the benefits package, PTO were outstanding. With each merger, they have cut more and more away from the overall package given to employees and tripled the cost of Health Care to the employee and ceasing partner benefots
The insurance is very expensive with very high deductibles.
Great health benefits--best I've had in 25 year career.
Standard benefits comparable to industrial peers. Not necessarily the best but not the worst.
The benefits were adequate. Not great, not the worst.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
