Accrued vacation time to number of years of employment is better than some other companies. There is flexibility in getting time off. Usual healthy benefits and 401K package.
The best thing was a very liberal policy of keeping your days earned leave and let it accumulate. They changed that immediately. Holiday schedule is nice. 401K match is standard.
Policy is unclear when Government is closed, but you have to work anyways.
