Not closed Christmas to New Years!!! If you are used to this in the Automotive industry, you will be surprised to find they are not closed. The 7% 401K is great, but the holidays are not up to market, and they are not up front about it with new employees.

Great 401k matching- just increased to 7%. Medical benefits are decent/in line with other companies, relatively low deductibles compared to other places I've worked. Company helps with promoting health living too- free fruit, gym reimbursement, sports league reimbursement
Benefits are ok. A bit more expensive than other places. Medical is 80/20, but out of pocket max is pretty high (more than my previous HDHP). No HDHP if you are healthy and want a lower cost or savings opportunity. $60 per month if you are over weight. $60 per month if you cholesterol, bp, or glucose is outside their range. Has dental, and vision. Vision doesn't cover a full contact exam though. No FSA, no flex spend for childcare....i kinda thought everyone had that now. Free fruit in the office is nice. Charges you for long term disability insurance. Again, I don't think I had paid for that in years. Just the last few years have we had Christmas to New Years off, and still don't feel comfortable they are going to keep it - even though it is an automotive standard benefit.
