health insurance, paid vacation is really good at this company.
The coverage has reduced over time.
Standard.. PTO, Health plan, and retirement. No bells and whistles. No work from home. No overtime pay or perks for FT.
NICE: SSI pays/offsets about half of employees health insurance cost. Special "perk" benefit for employees - Out of pocket Copays/coinsurance costs reimbursed @ 100% if employee uses a Springhill Medical Center doctor/surgeon/pharmacy. HORRIBLE: 2016 Health Benefits to exclude MENTAL health care/treatment.
The sick pay and vacation pay (PAL) are not separated. They do give you extended sick time (EST) that kicks in after you use 3 days of PAL. It is very hard to keep a PAL balance with the way this is done. Most people have 200 plus EST hours that they can or will never use or cash out.
Up to 6% company match on 401K contributions. Quarterly onsite visits by 401K plan administrators to provide one-on-on assistance to employees.
Benefits are okay for the most part. As with some jobs though, vacation days are accrued over time and sick days and are drawn from vacation days. They aren't separate.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
