Good vacation. Great medical options and cost
No bonus. Benefits package is mediocre and very uncompetitive for bay area. Nicest benefit is that you can get every other Friday off if you work 9 hours a day.
SSL Benefits seem in-line with other employers with a several health care options as well as an ESPP. They do not offer any cash benefit if you elect not to get coverage.

Sick time allowed is 10 days per year, and does not roll over. Maybe the company could offer 10 PTO days instead, and allow roll over. The vacation plan is good. 15 days <5yrs, 20days 5-15yrs, 25days 15+ No pension, but has 401k matching. Has Tuition Reimbursement up to $7500
New hires get 3 weeks vacation right off the bat. There is no stock option when you get hired.
