As an intern I was not eligible for a benefits package. Full-time employees receive benefits but I am not sure what exactly those entail.
Company offered health insurance is very expensive. Monthly payment/ copay is higher then my previous individual plan. Coverage not worth the cost.
There is no benefits package offered
Love working with the kids. Pay kid of stinks for what I went through. I was beat up by this kid on my bus daily. And no one ever took my word for it. And I was always in “jeopardy of my job” and so was my driver because of this one kid. You guys need cameras rolling all the time on these mini buses.
You have to work at least 30 hours a week, all year round to be classified as a full time employee. Then you can get lower cost health insurance.
I love it because it make me feel welcome and my dreams came true and I feel like my mom because she is a bus driver and I want to follow her foot steps .
The benefits are only available for drivers who drive 30+ hours per week year round. Which means most are not eligible. The office staff has a different benefitime plan.
too exspensive considering how low pay is
low hourly pay, low hours. not very many are full-time. Cost of benefits can be high
Benefits cost way too much
