Good package overall. Higher deductible plan good for some but not for all, depends on your situation.
The move to responsible time off makes it difficult to know how much time you can actually take off without being penalized.
health insurance, free snack, free gym access in the same building, pingpong table, foosball table, atrium with relaxation/nap area, basketball hoops, bean bags, and yoga space with free yoga instructor led classes every Thursday. Happy hours every week also.
There's only one medical plan, which isn't great. Coverage is fine but there's a relatively high deductible. Dental & vision are offered, as well as some accident insurance.
PTO is good, work from home depends on who your manager is (there's no actual policy), medical and maternity leave is fine, paternity leave sucks- only 5 days
The company takes advnatge of hard working staff expecting them to pay for travel, client expenses & work related expenses. Then takes weeks to reimburse the employee while you absorb interest on your credit card.
Great health insurance coverage and decent 401k matching
$50 added to a card every month for the many snacks available in the vending area. Extensive cafeteria with several games available, free soda, coffee, tea, etc. Frequent free lunches plus food in building and many restaurants within a block. Full benefits, 401K vacation policy and ability to work from home sometimes.
The best: The maternity leave, the flexibility with schedule and ability to work remotely, the relaxed and enjoyable culture and work environment, and the ability to have the tools of your choosing to best do your job. The worst: It's not TERRIBLE, but the health insurance leaves a lot to be desired. A $2000 HSA plan. They do match up to $500 in HSA contributions, so that helps, but you're still on the hook for the balance.
commuter discount, flexible PTO, casual dress, HSA contribution match, free lifestart gym membership in building, and access to networking events hosted in office.
