STV provide plenty of vacation time. You accrue PTO hours while you work and you are able to roll over PTO hours up to a certain number from year to year.

Health insurance coverage is comprehensive and reasonably priced with an employer contribution of about 50% to premiums. STV also includes an HRA component of $6000 per year to cover all but $375 of a family annual deductible. Dental insurance is available. A separate vision plan is available. CVS/Caremark is the prescription coverage and includes in-store pick-up of maintenance meds. Life and short- and long-term disability can be increased at employee's discretion and cost. 401(k) plan does not include a matching contribution, but a separate "profit-sharing" pension program includes an annual award of company stock.
