    When I had my knees replaced due to the timeline for both being in the same year the second knee was at no cost to me. I never received an invoice or notice from either the doctor or the insurance for the second knee.

    High premium, low deductible coverage. Also doesn't provide mental health coverage (which you WILL need if you work there for more than 1 year)

    The company pays approximately 2/3 cost of health insurance. They also off term life and AD&D insurance at good rates.

    Deductibles are so high $1600, that the insurance is basically catastrophic coverage. Every year the deductible grows by $100-$200. They do have a HSA account that helps offset the deductible by $400
