Vacation the first year is a week and 3 ph's. You only pay union dues monthly between 50-62. No out of pocket cost for health care.
Benefits, healthcare, and time off seemed to be consistent with other companies. I liked my vacation time that I received after being there for 15 years.

Overall good benefits. Healthcare premiums were higher than some large/similar sized companies. Vacation time was normal but does not increase as fast as at other companies. Company paid holidays are limited compared to other larger corporations.
