The cost of insurance goes up every year, but the coverage doesn't get better. High deductibles. Plus, they charge weekly fees if your spouse can have insurance through their own company, but is on your plan. That fee has also gone up since they started it a few years ago. They also changed the vacation plan structure. They used to have vacation time and sick time, now everything is PTO and the total days available is less. They also lowered the 401k match and for a few years, there was no match. With the company being bought by UNFI, don't be surprised if things change again for the worse.

401K is finally being matched again, barely. Health insurance is a joke; catastrophic health insurance is essentially what you are given. No bonuses except for executives.

High deductibles, 10% copay most of the time, will cost me estimated $3k for labor and delivery. I'd have better rates if I was on obamacare. 401k plan is also very complex and we'd be lucky if we got 3% matching as it varies based on company earnings.
