Good overall package and increase with years of services.
Have to be there five years or more to get decent vacation time - more than two weeks.
Lump PTO so if you have a major illness you end up taking all your vacation time. No chance to work from home so you can't even try to save time.

Good vacation package new employees start accruing PTO hours after their 1st week according to length of service up to 6 weeks
Need to ask for more than minimum PTO if you are an experienced employee.
Sick time and PTO are the same.
They could change the contact so employees started accruing more vacation quicker. The sick pay wasn't easy to use. It benefits the employees who want to abuse it and not those who are good employees.
They use a PTO system so sick and vacation are rolled into one basket. New hires in the office get 12 days per year after the first year it goes up to 17 days. The next step is not until year 5.
