The best think about job training is it is paid for and active. The trainers make it fun and they train you for worst case scenarios. The worst thing about the job training is leaving it! I did not see my trainer since then which was heartbreaking because I adored her!

training is ok theres a lot of programs to learn thats for sure

  • Dec 20, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former QBO Agent in Deland, Florida

Basic initial training before "on-phone" learning begins. Takes 3 to 6 months "on-phone" additional learning to feel comfortable with supporting customers. Environment is tense.

  • Nov 07, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Phone Agent in Montgomery, Alabama

So very dysfunctional. Not enough time or information. They only trained on half the job duties and decided we would just throw the other half of the work on other employees making things very difficult and inefficient.
