2 weeks training for the credit cards account is doable
The trainers did not know what they were doing. I had more training than all of them.
They go over everything a lot and work ojt as well. Very good.
The job training is excellent. There is always continuing job training during which is paid job training.
They had long job training and it was helpful information, however there was some of it that was not to the job related.
There is 2 week training before nesting, company provides all tools before you start production.
The best think about job training is it is paid for and active. The trainers make it fun and they train you for worst case scenarios. The worst thing about the job training is leaving it! I did not see my trainer since then which was heartbreaking because I adored her!

Basic initial training before "on-phone" learning begins. Takes 3 to 6 months "on-phone" additional learning to feel comfortable with supporting customers. Environment is tense.
So very dysfunctional. Not enough time or information. They only trained on half the job duties and decided we would just throw the other half of the work on other employees making things very difficult and inefficient.
