If you have religious days you need off, they work with you on that, they do not hesitate to make it happen. They give you most of the days you ask off unpaid or Paid. PTO is an option, and they also have PTO payout which is not able to be used for days taken off, just for paying you cash at the end of the year/job stay.
Vacation: Two weeks for like 5 years, then 3 weeks, and I believe 4 weeks at 10 or 12 years. VERY slow increase. Sick: 6 days per year. Managers may or may not enforce this policy to try to limit the spread. PTO: No PTO.
Only personal time off - no real vacation time. All leaves of absence taken from PTO time, sick, Dr's app etc. No support for illness or personal medical needs.
you accrue pto 4hrs at a time per check horrible
They failed to pay out 6 months of PTO to about 100 employees. Not too mention it is like pulling-teeth to get OMD to approve it. (First come, first serve basis) Kind of like triage.
The rate of hours earned per hour worked for vacation & pto is very very small.
It does not work like most jobs, Have to do a lot of time to get it.
They try to pay you off in cash every quarter in lieu of accruing vacation earned and to carry over.
2 days a year or you can take a cash option quarterly, but you have to work more than 335 hours.
Wish it would be available sooner
