they provide health insurance to everyone. 401K plan is good thing they give to their employee, flexibility in time. you have 3 sick leaves in a month

Best: Some of the paid holidays are floating holidays which means you get to choose. Worst: Vacation is accrual based and you can only submit request vacation based on the vacation hours you currently have.
vacation maxes out at 3 weeks after 5 years even if you work there for 20 years. maternity leave is FMLA 90% medical benefit coverage, $500 min deductible

minimal benefits. High deductible health insurance, low tuition reimbursement lifetime cap of $2500, Max vacation you can ever achieve is 3 weeks but start with 2 for first 3 years, low 401k match and a very low cap of matching at $1300.
401k is ok, nothing really stand out that would make you go wow, again avoid this place like the plague. It is not worth it.
