Paid time off is pretty standard. The nice thing is you accrue more days off the longer you have been employed there. They also offer flex days.
roughly 7-8 days off during Christmas plus 3 Summer skip days. Accumulated vacation days are reasonable as well.
This is really dependent on who you're working for there and your seniority. As a manager there I was pretty lenient with my team and let them pinch a little extra time here and there for family needs as were my managers. I gave and always received more from my team in return.
On paper the policies were fine but in practice, taking time off just resulted in more stress.
Lots of days off. Even give company time off with pay at the holidays. Extra days for weekend holidays too.
Should offer more time off for more senior management.
