Great vacation and flex time Wonderful benefits to choose from Encompasses wellness for employees vs. health alone Many benefits employees are unaware of, but could benefit from Awesome rebate program for staying healthy and working out
Pluses: Flex days in addition to vacation days, unlimited sick days, 401k match. Minuses: No tuition reimbursement plan, expensive health insurance.
The company 401(k) plan has one of the most options that I saw of all the healthcare communications companies. At the time, paternity leave was only 2 weeks, but better than having to use vacation days to compensate for that important time in one's life.
Pretty standard but good benefits
Great compensation package which includes great health benefits, salary, vacation and holiday time off.
great coverage, flex days if you can ever take them
-The health insurance PPO option is a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. I've had a significant drop in prescription drug costs that more than pays for it. The dental insurance options are great too. I don't use the vision insurance, so I can't comment on it. Didn't seem worth it to me. -401k is pretty good, match 100% for the first 3% contributed and 50% up to like 8% and so on. -Transit benefits are decent, $200 a month for transit and $400 for parking can be taken from your paycheck pre-tax -Vacation and flex day policy is really good compared to other places I've worked, especially if you're there an entire calendar year. Also there are unlimited sick days, and people do not usually give you crap for taking them, which is nice. Especially with that open floor plan where everyone is on top of each other.
Excellent health and 401K
Health Insurance and 401k is good.
Great amount of flex days
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
