As a salary employee the flexibility is great. Work from home and flex time is available to most. Generous paid time off.
Standard vacation pay. Medical and dental benifits are ridiculous. They used to be decent but man has that changed. The deductibles will put you in the poor house.
They have matching funds for 401K and if you participate in the health challenge, you can get a free month of insurance plus other prizes.
There is never a good way to explain how you can earn a decent salary.
Company changes health care packages every year so you have to change yours every year. Dental is fantastic. They pick the cheapest medical plans to save the company money instead of carrying insurance for their employer needs. The resentful changed one of their Anthem plans to not include surgery for weightloss when your job requires you to sit for 8+ hours a day because they are cheap.
