Allowed vacation days changed last minute. Didn't stick to work about allowed working remotely.
United Health is the medical insurer. The plan is minimal with relatively high copays and minimal prescription coverage. The company delayed its 2014 401K match for several months in 2015. There are no guaranteed holidays. You pick the ones that you want to take from a limited number of allowed vacation days. Employees are only allowed 5 sick days per calendar year.
The best thing is to work from home and leave whenever the work is done. The weekend usually start Friday afternoon, and the culture is laid-back.
Being able to work from anywhere was helpful. Health insurance was good. The 401k and match program was on par with other companies I've worked for.

Time off and sick time great
401k matching is good, but you have to stay for 5 years to get the full benefit which renders it almost useless. Health benefits are not terrible.
Good 401k, stay with 2 weeks vacation that increases with time, 5 sick days and 7 floating holidays. Don't use their insurance so can't comment on that.
