Loads of great benefits but they pay so little you'll never afford them
Insurance was at times for some people more expensive than ACA. What was offered was not the best health coverage, and the dental was almost useless.

401k marching is so behind, it’s ancient. Vacation plans need vast improvement and incentives for tenure need to be implemented from a company level. The medical benefits are affordable and have great options.
