The company does offer a lot of benefits that are nice, such as FSA and 401k.

Worst thing is that health insurance is 80/20, so you have to pay a good 20% out of pocket for Dr. visits.
Normal medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans. Retirement, bonus and reward programs are weak. Senior leaders have an "unlimited" vacation plan. Sage is active in the community and promotes "work life balance"; they have several ancillary benefits such as purchasing power and hotel discounts.
The benefits are competitively priced and the selection is nice. The companies provided (Cigna and Delta Dental) are good. They match 401k, which is a very nice benefit. Free life insurance policies up to a certain amount, which is also nice. They also pay for 7 holidays, give you 24 hours of sick time, and two weeks of vacation time; all of that rolls over if you don't use it so it makes it easy to build up a nice bank of paid time off.
Has everything one would need, just not as competitive as other companies in the industry. The 401K package is a good match, but vesting takes up to 5 years of employment which is too long, an employee should be 100% vested these days once the match is made as a year has already passed usually when the match is dropped into the account. Nowadays people also want a bit more vacation a bit faster than five years - most employees aren't with a company 5 years. The health & dental is about right on with cost, but not the best coverage with dental.
Very low match percentage on 401k plan. Nice hotel discounts.
Nice discounts on hotels during the winter months - nothing spectacular during the warmer months. Vacation hours are accrued fairly - however the business makes it difficult to take time off.
Decent benefits. You have to wait 6 months for health insurance and vacation/sick pay to start accumulating. The health insurance is expensive. The vacation/leave time accrual could be much better. 401K only matches 3%.
it was pretty good...for full-time employees we received health, vision, and dental for reasonable cost.
