They had a good benefits package, 401k, good insurance and they fed their employees everyday! The management worked e\with me on the hours I worked so I could still participate with my daughters school activities.

+ vacation plan for seniors is great; wife worked for the company and the independence plan is great _ health and wellness plans could have been better

Health Insurance and benefits are great! The overall culture of Sage is amazing in Denver, CO. They believe in employee appreciation. Sage provided many opportunities for promotion. However, management here in Austin are awful and unexperienced. They tend to hire people desperately without really looking into their experience and job history. That being said, good/hard working emplooyes are consistently quitting their jobs! Our department (sales) are put out to fix other department's mistakes. This causes us to be behind on our actual job duties. We're not able to execute Our own projects without babysitting other employees/management. The only reason why I'm still here its simply because I still have hope that issues will get resolved and that Sage will expand in Austin.

Company pays for 8 hours of community work a year. All the "normal" benefits are provided along with sick pay and hotel discounts.

Best holiday pay starts right away if full time.

It is good they focus on wellness but the medical and dental are just ok. I still cannot afford anything but the basics because my share is so high. The 401K match is a joke. Only 1.5%.
