Wish is was a little more time accrued but my managers work with me to make it work

Accruals are too low. Demonstrate value in your associates by providing better vacation allotments.

Pretty standard, but in today's environment to be really competitive and attractive offering more than the normal amount would be hugely beneficial to attracting & retaining talent, so instead of 10 days per year PTO, maybe 12!

You have to wait 6 months for it to start accruing. Accrual is very little.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Operations Manager in Denver, Colorado

Depends on your position - at one point the Independence Plan was going to roll out to all managers, not sure what came of it.

I fee the company's Vacation & Paid Time off are average. Sick pay is offered. However I do feel they could afford to be a little more generous with the Vacation time.
