    Health insurance the day you start. 3 weeks paid Vacation to start, and increases yearly. 5 paid volunteer days a year. Multiple optional additional add on coverages. Downside Health insurance still goes up yearly, as does co-pay.

    Positives Pretty average on the whole. Negatives PTO policy is use it or lose it. There is no Paternity leave. Just FMLA
