Healthplan is decent, but the Sage contribution percentage has been decreasing in recent years. 401k match is 50% on up to the first 7%. 5 days paid volunteer days. Match up to $300 in charitable contributions.
Benefits are competitive. Different choices available. 401k marching. 3 weeks vacation 1st year plus holidays. 5 charity volunteer days as well.

Good benefits package. Healthcare costs seem to have been increasing a bit, but this seems the norm overall. Pleased overall.
