Matched 401k, benefits are expensive for part-timers, some St Barnabas affiliates MDs don’t take the insurance.
health insurance is decent, you get 401 k, for every dollar you put in, saint barnabas gives you 75 cents, overall pretty good, you get 5-10 dollars during nurses week

Best thing about the benefits were the convenience of automated payments, deduction offerings for example unforeseen situations, commuter fees, investment all before taxes. Of course the medical coverage was excellent, plus you had an employee clinic on campus, they had eye coverage plus a dental plan. 401K was offered after 3 months, After one year you had two weeks vacation. Which you were eligible to take after 6 months.
Inner circle benefits are the lowest cost most comprehensive benefits Barnabas has to offer. If you can stay Inner Circle, you will be very happy with your health insurance.
The best option about the benefits package is the 401k plan. There really aren't any cons to the benefits that appear
