They don't offer separate paid holidays and vacation. It is in a PTO account. You are always using your PTO for sick leave and Holidays so you never have vacation time. If they cared for their they would offer separate vacation benefits and paid holidays.
The 401k program is good.
health insurance is expensive and not great generous continuing medical education opportunities
Personally, I am ECB status...which is similar to PRN. So I have limited benefits with the healthcare system.
The benefits package is amazing.
great for full time. high deductible for pro or ecb employees regardless of full time hours worked.
Insurance premiums are a little high, you start accruing pto and esl immediately.
St Francis handles all of their benefits through an online portal, offering a chance for you to look through all the options and watch videos about each to learn more before deciding on anything.
401 K take s$30 out of my check per month, don't have insurance, still on my family's but they offer full coverage fewor dental and health $35-$40 a month for each. Not very much PTO or ESL. The PTO adds up to a whole month off if you stay their for a year. I have basic policy for $50k just takes out $40 per check.
