New employees are covered the first day of employment for health care benefits. There are two health care plans from
which to choose to cover you and your dependents. The Company funds 80% of the low cost medical plan. If you elect
a higher cost plan, you will also pay the difference in premium from the low cost plan.
Good deductible, I wish the limit per year was a smaller amount. They say you don't have to pay the first $500 of medical bills a year but that's a lie

Lots of options available to employees but the Coinsurance being the only option is not preferred
The premiums are getting quite expensive, but they have a HSA equivalent fund that the company contributes to help reduce your actual out of pocket.
