The Company contributes 100% towards the cost of this Cash Balance Plan. The amount credited to your account will increase over the course of your employment through pay credits and interest credits. 3% of total compensation is contributed to your account (pay credits) if you have 1 to 8 years of service, 3 ½% if you have 9 to 15 years of service, and 4% for 16 or more years of service.
company pays in once you hit 5 years, you just get it, nothing taken out of salary

This was several years ago, I know that they had one but I don't remember the specifics.
They have a good benifit system managed by an extenal company.
Who even has pensions anymore? This is a fantastic benefit and fully funded by the company!
