“Plenty of PTO but not able to use it all due to staff shortages and complaints from management.”
Affordable & flexible.
I wasn't offered benefits beyond health insurance
Good benefits roll over pto pay out pto
The deductibles and co-pays were surprisingly high given that it is a health care company and were higher than friends who worked in other industries.
Free parking, lots of PTO if you can ever take it. Health insurance is below average with a very limited of in network providers. Basically you had to use their doctors and facilities which are adequate at best. The 403b is a rip off charging you a percentage whether your investments make money or not.
Tuition reimbursement, generous, affordable benefits for lower paid clinical staff including part time. You self schedule, which is a huge plus
The best thing about the benefits is there are a lot to choose from but they're extremely pricey, and they're so complicated.
Having awesome benefits at half the cost that is taken out of your biweekly pay. Easy to use insurance cards that are accepted anywhere.
Benefit package is a lot better compared to other workplace in the area.
Health insurance was competitive compared to similar organizations.
