    Basic plans. You are fully invested in 3-4 years. Plus they have been giving out shares to their employees lately. The only downer is that it's the Canadian stock market. Not the US/

    The best part of the 401k is that we have one. The worst part of the 401k is that in the state I'm employed the instiitution the use is only reachable by phone. So it can be frustrating.

    401k is not as good as my past employer. (Around 45 cents to your dollar). most people are not even contributing due to the amount they match
