paid time off and holidays were very beneficial. Sick days are also separate from vacation time which is very beneficial.
Unlimited PTO was great and used by many. Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance could be improved (very high premium). Wellness incentive offered through HSA. 401K is standard.

The best thing about the benefits package at Saks Fifth Avenue is that it was good for me and for a lot of my co- workers because I had to take
Good package overall at that time. Flexible hours.
Great benefits , normal for a large company
Great and comprehensive but no help with questions and issues
medical insurance is not good
Best thing is the first dip (with discount) of every latest and high end clothes and shoes and handbag of the season. Worst thing is the stress of making goal, it's not just about your job performance but also about your livelihood. Quite a toxic work environment.
