401k, health insurance, PTO, merchandise discounts were all positive benefits to working at Saks under original ownership - under new ownership, there were some challenges that didn't make the benefits package as compelling
I would change a company due to the horrible insurance
No benefits at all. I had thought I had enough paid time off accrued to take a weeks vacation - came back to see my paycheck was half of what it normally was - Obviously, if I could not get paid for the week I would have not taken the vacation.
401K plan/match is below average. "Unlimited" PTO policy that only affords you the opportunity to take paid time off if your team believes in work/life balance. Unlimited PTO also is only in effect for salaried employees (not hourly) at corporate offices. Health insurance has very high deductible.
bad bad bad insurance, no low pay, very high deductible, you have to pay $40 for gold plan for yourself, and $110 for you and your spouse and $160 for your whole family a week!!!!

Insurance package is too expensive, discount was great they reduced it they need to bring back to original. Never enough movie ticket
