All vacation time is an allotment, meaning you have to work so many months before you start accruing enough days to actually take off. The discount for employees is only available once the employee opens a credit card with he company.
The best thing about the benefits package at Saks Fifth Avenue is that it was good for me and for a lot of my co- workers because I had to take
Great benefits , normal for a large company
Great and comprehensive but no help with questions and issues
medical insurance is not good
Best thing is the first dip (with discount) of every latest and high end clothes and shoes and handbag of the season. Worst thing is the stress of making goal, it's not just about your job performance but also about your livelihood. If you don't make weekly goal, you might go to bed hungry, if you don't surpass weekly goal, you will never be able to afford the things you sell. Stealing each other's customer is a daily act. Quite a toxic work environment.
